SEPT SAT SEPT 20th SUMMER END BBQ & SWIM
The Klean Athlete Caledon Quarry Swim is a part of the Canadian Open Water Swim Series. The Sat Sept 20th summer ending event is a great opportunity to get one final swim in and to catch up with swimming friends before C3 closes down their great quarry. Note while the summer was cool for many major area lakes, the C3 James Dick Quarry had warm conditions all summer and many people have swam without wetsuits. We are confident that the water will be a very comfortable temperature for the Sept 20th swim. There will be a wet suit and no-wetsuit option

Swimming is a life-long physical activity and the organizers of the Canadian Open Water Swim Series (COWS) are creating a series of safe, fun open water swim events that will allow your entire family a race distance that they can successfully accomplish. The July 6th Caledon Quarry Swim # 1 (note there will be a series ending swim on Sat Sept 20th) is a low-frills introduction to the race series.
COST: $20.00 includes a timed swim (1k, 2k or 4k) as well as a post-race BBQ & draw prizes open to all.

* The James Dick Quarry is the training home for C3, Canadian Cross Training Club. C3 will be hosting their summer ending BBQ in conduction with the PB Klean Open Water Swim Season Ending Races.
