MultiSport Canada Race Series & Triathlon Ontario will each have a separate banquet occurring throughout the day. People may do a banquet and combine some of the day’s triathlon camp as part of their personal day.

THREE AWARDS BANQUETS
Trisport Subaru Series, MultiSport Canada Series & Triathlon Ontario are all having their recognition awards banquets during the Dec 5th Clinic Day. Individuals can attend a banquet (or two) and still participate in some of the day's clinics and lectures. The banquets are all within 100m of the seminars and clinic rooms for easy access all day long. Note going to any of the banquets is not required.

- MultiSport Canada Lunch Banquet with John, Jason & their team from 1-3pm
- Triathlon Ontario banquet & award celebration with Mike, Phil & their board from 5:30-8pm
FORMAT:
The day is set up for you to select the specific clinics, seminars, motivational talks &/or banquets you want in one trip. Meet the top athletes, learn from Olympic coaches, and hear from top researchers. Come with a friend and follow the exact same day, or catch up for supper after you both have very different clinic experiences.

Olympic coach Barrie Shepley, will emcee and provide opportunity for audience questions to Canada's top experts on racing, nutrition, and training. This two hour dynamic seminar will give you a chance to hear the actual strategies that athletes, coaches and top researchers use when training & racing. If you can only make one seminar all day, make this the one. Panel includes:

Triathlon Ontario Awards - Social - Party & Meet the Pros Immediately after the last seminar is over, plan to come to the limited engagement (only 140 spots) for supper with the pro panel & Triathlon Ontario award winners. The goal is to celebrate the end of an amazing year for Ontario coaches, clubs, sponsors, athletes and race directors.
