PB Webcycle Season 6 now ACTIVE

ACCESS TO OVER 80 WORKOUTS

We are again using Pow How to host our program. All you need to do then is set up your computer in front of your bike with high speed internet connection (wired is preferable).  Access bike and yoga workouts with the library growing each month.

swimmerEntering it’s 5th season we are excited to continue to build on the success of the swim team. Head Coach Sean Bechtel, one of Canada’s top Triathlon swimmers, looks to build on the program with new ideas and strategies that will lead to even better results. With options of 1-2 or 3 swims a week we can tailor the program to best fit your swimming needs.

The PB Swim Club will resume in the Fall. Check out the C3 Open Water swims at c3online.ca

It is believed that swimming more is not the only way to get faster. Swimming technique is overlooked by many coaches

in place of more miles because itis easier. With the right combination of technique work and moderate miles Personal Best believes we can achieve the same if not better results
