JOIN BARRIE FOR A CALEDON BASED SIMULATED TRIATHLON TRAINING DAY JULY 10TH

Everybody knows that training is the most important part of having a successful triathlon summer.   Join Olympic Coach Barrie Shepley and multiple Ironwoman Caron Shepley for a PB-C3 Simulated Training Day in Caledon.  The concept is simple.  You let Barrie know what race distance you are planning on doing this summer, and he will have an appropriately challenging course (distance and difficulty) ready for you in Caledon on Saturday July 10th.

HOW THE DAY WORKS:

Swim in the clean/clear C3 Caledon Quarry starting at 7:30am (1-4km depending on your needs)

Bike 30-160km on loops in Caledon (van supported).

Run 5-25km off the bike on the flat beautiful gravel trails.

OUR SUPPORT:

Barrie will coordinate the loops, fuel and support for the entire day.  Whether you are simulating a sprint triathlon (90-120 minute day), half-ironman (5-6 hour day) or full ironman (we can create a 7-9 hour day).

CALEDON:

Caledon is located 45 minutes from Toronto in the quiet countryside.  Swim in our retired sand quarry (clear/clean) bike on the quiet hilly country roads and run on the flat gravel rail-trail.   Coach Barrie will support you the entire day.

COST:

Free for paid 2010 C3 members.

$25.00 for non-C3 members
