Directions:
Caledon:
Located at the Caledon East Community Centre, parking at the centre.
McMaster:
YOU WILL NEED 30MIN TO SET UP. DON'T BE LATE!
- The building officially opens at 8:30am (but we hope to be in a few
minutes early). We suggest that you try to be there for 8:20-30am. It will
take you nearly 20-25 min to get your bike set up and be ready to rock. So
please try to be there as close to 8:20-30 as possible. - We are using an auxiliary gymnasium in the old Ivory Wynne Centre where
the swimming pool is NOT in the NEW DAVID BRAILEY BUILDING where the track and the Tri-Clinic was. SO please do not go to the David Brailey building or you will be carrying your bike and stuff all over the place and the connection between the two buildings is a bit confusing. - To make things easiest for un-loading, I am asking you to drive onto the
McMaster Oval (a closed loop) which is located on the east side of the
Ivory Wynne Building. To get to this oval - YOU DO NOT OFFICIALLY COME ONTO THE CAMPUS AT THE STERLING STREET University entrance.
NOTE: When you are sitting at the stop sign at Sterling and Forsyth just about to come on the campus, you turn right onto the Forysth oval. Drive down the left side with the big Ivory Wynne Fitness Centre on your left hand side. Travel 300m down the oval toward the back of the building. Get out of your car, and walk just 30m to the entrance into the Auxiliary Gymnasium we are using for the bike/yoga classes. Then once your have dropped the bike/windtrainer and other exercise stuff off inside the gymnasium, you have to go back outside and park your car in the parking lot.
YOU CANNOT LEAVE YOUR CAR ON THE OVAL or THEY WILL TOW. You are simply stopping for 5-10 minutes to drop off your bike/equipment.
Get directions from the McMaster Website here.
