2012 PB Markham Mini Days are Back.

After a year off, the PB Markham "mini" days are back. The focus of these sessions are running form, running drills and strength development for endurance athletes of all levels. Join Coach Sheldon (a running coach, and strength and conditioning specialist). These sessions sold out the last time they ran. Space is limited to maintain quality coach / athlete interaction and feedback.
