Personal Best is proud to announce the creation of a new swim club that will be run out of Mayfield Pool in South Caledon. The Mayfield Recreation complex is a great and easily accessible pool located at the corner of Mayfield Road and Bramalea Road about 2km east of Hwy 410.

Be prepared for a core conditioning session like no other! Yoga guru and core conditioning specialist, Caron Shepley will bring you the most challenging and innovative core conditioning program that you have ever seen. A strong core is the foundation of a strong athlete.

2012 PB Markham Mini Days are Back.

After a year off, the PB Markham "mini" days are back. The focus of these sessions are running form, running drills and strength development for endurance athletes of all levels. Join Coach Sheldon (a running coach, and strength and conditioning specialist). These sessions sold out the last time they ran. Space is limited to maintain quality coach / athlete interaction and feedback.
