Personal Best is proud to announce the creation of a new swim club that will be run out of Mayfield Pool in South Caledon. The Mayfield Recreation complex is a great and easily accessible pool located at the corner of Mayfield Road and Bramalea Road about 2km east of Hwy 410.

On September 12th at 7pm Coach Sean will be hosting an information night for anyone interested in learning more about the swim club and meeting Coach Sean. There will be no swimming but Sean will offer a short free seminar on his swimming beliefs and stroke ideas as well as outlining the direction of the swim club. Objectives
The goal of the Personal Best Swim team is to give all athletes a chance to enjoy the benefits of swimming with a group without the other obligations involved with a swim club. It will offer excellent coaching at all workouts and will follow a plan that will allow all level of swimmers see improvements over the winter.
Training Beliefs:
It is believed that swimming more is not the only way to get faster. Swimming technique is overlooked by many coaches in place of more miles because it is easier. With the right combination of technique work and moderate miles Personal Best believes we can achieve the same if not better results.
